Used stainless steel horizontal ribbon blender with total volume 450 l and working volume about 300 l. Mixing chamber has internal dimensions: diameter 730 mm x length of straight side of the wall 1100 mm.Mixer has top feeding connection with diameter 195 mm. On the side wall there is an inspection manway with dims 400 mm x 400 mm and lid. Front wall discharge outlet has dimensions 350 mm x 350 mm and is equipped with pneumatically operated valve. Mixing shaft has double ribbon and is driven by el motor 3 kW, 1415 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 hz, and gearbox. Working rotation of shaft up to 21 rpm. Mixer is mounted on carbon steel supporting frame. Last time used in plastics production. Technical documentation is not included.
