· All parts shot blasted and painted.
· Gearbox overhauled including new bearings, seals and oil.
· Main drive motor overhauled with new bearings and seals.
· New drive belts fitted.
· Chopper assemblies overhauled with new bearings and PTFE packing.
· Packing glands serviced with new PTFE packing.
· Fitted new bearings and seals to shaft end bearing housings and packed with grease.
· Re-gasketed access hatch and outlet valve with silicone sponge.
· Test run on completion.
