- Roller conveyor for transporting peeled potato from peeling machine to singulator.
- Chain conveyor for transporting peeled potato to the slicer.
- Singulator lines up peeled potato and feeds it to the slicer one at a time.
- Slicer made by Urschel.
- Blancher for removed starch from sliced potato.
- Dirt and residue remover.
- Dewatering machine removes extra water from sliced potato, and feeds the fryer.
